Elizabeth Allen Foundation was incorporated in the State of Kansas on January 26, 2026, as a nonprofit corporation and has applied for recognition as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. If the IRS approves the Foundation’s application, our tax-exempt status will be retroactive to our date of incorporation, and contributions made during this period will generally be treated as tax-deductible. While we expect a favorable determination, if the IRS does not approve our application, contributions made during the pending period may not be deductible. Donors should consult their tax advisors regarding their individual circumstances.
